The Blaq Butterflies Wellness Boutique was born from a simple but powerful belief: healing should feel beautiful.

Founded by Erna Blackman, a nonprofit visionary, our boutique is the sister brand of Butterflies By Blaq Inc. — NYC a 501(c)(3) organization that provides free custom wigs and emotional support to children experiencing medical hair loss.

While working with families and seeing firsthand the emotional toll of illness, Erna realized something was missing — a space where wellness products weren’t just practical, but purposeful. A space where children, caregivers, and women facing hair loss or hardship could feel seen, stylish, and supported.

That’s where The BB Wellness Boutique comes in.
